The place was fairly clean with a welcoming and immensely pleasant staff at all times. Its location was very central, minutes from Perth and Kinross Council.

This place was ideal for a perfect stay, would recommend. By and large, it was holiday base for sightseeing in Perth, had much fun and met nice staff at all times. Good breakfasts with tattie scones and yoghurt, everyone could try something new.

Arts restaurant was nice with good food
The hotel was cold with no heating on,The rooms were all so very cold ,had to wait a long time for bar staff to show up, if you wanted to get a drink or a coffee , There was a lot of empty plates in the breakfast area with not much for the guest to have for breakfast , cold coffee, cold porridge & the toast was little better

Great location. Right next to the information centre- very convenient. Reception staff friendly. Lady in the breakfast room was absolutely brilliant- so friendly and cheerful. She made the whole room feel alive and warm.
Everything was fine. Only minor thing- More than one pillow on bed is preferable.

Comfortable enough hotel although fairly noisy from rooms above, staff pleasant, breakfast good, ticked all the boxes for a reasonable hotel and location O.K.
Fire alarm at 2am, false alarm, we think, but saw no staff in corridors to advise also very creaky floor boards and drainage smell in toilet.

The best aspect of the hotel was the extremely attentive service during my evening meal. The reception staff were also friendly and helpful
Room was very hot and I had to use a comb to hold it open to let some air in

Centrally located hotel with friendly staff and good breakfast choices. The room needed better maintenance, showing wear and lacking outlets.

The bed was super comfy and those pillows were just perfect! Big clean room with tea and coffee, loved it. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choices for every taste. Staff were really friendly and helped us out quick when we asked for a second chair in the room.
The wi-fi was pretty slow n dropped out a lot, super annoying when we tried to work in the room. We heard a lot of noise from the wedding party next door during the night.
